(July 14, 2021, 5:17 pm)Since I moved in there have been many upgrades and renovations going on. The improvements to the property really are enjoyable. The neighbors I have met are very pleasant and the staff is really amazing. My leasing agent was Danny and he went above and beyond to ensure my move was quick and easy. Moving in from our of state before seeing the property was a bit scary, but Danny ensured we were taken care of and he chose a great unit for us!

(July 13, 2021, 7:39 pm)Just moved into my apartments and the staff here are super helpful. Danielle gave me a tour and then Danny helped me with everything on move-in day. He was very friendly, made it very easy, and gave me a lot of information on how to get set up. The one bedroom apartments are a nice size, and the people in the office are super personable. I love talking with them whenever I see them!

(June 30, 2021, 12:07 am)I was in need of a new residence quickly and the gentleman that initially helped me was extremely helpful. All the staff has been kind and welcoming. The grounds look great and neighbors have been friendly. I did have an air conditioning issue the first day but it was fixed immediately. So far, so good. I am enjoying the remodeled unit! I definitely recommend considering the property if looking for a new place to call home. I have only been here a short time but have been satisfied.

(June 16, 2021, 5:39 pm)I just recently applied and places a app in for a unit. I was a walk in and was immediately welcomed by the Staff. Brianna was the one that gave me a tour and assisted me with choosing a unit and assisted my application. I have not signed my lease yet. I am scheduled to move in July 1st and still sifting though my process, but overall, the experience was welcoming and the facility was amazing given its age. The renovation was well done and the community appeared super clean. Very close to a lot of shopping and food places as well. I am almost certain the company that is managing the property cares about it tenants based on first impressions. Very rare to find a place this well Maintained and with supportive staff elsewhere. Don’t let the exterior fool you. These units are nice at the price point. The staff is top shelf and the grounds amenities and overall location are excellent.

(May 19, 2021, 10:33 am)I love my new apartment! It has been completely remodeled with brand new appliances and carpet. The neighbors are nice and quiet. There is a security vehicle driving through the parking lots, which makes me feel secure. The pool and the landscaping look great and I can't wait until the pool opens. The office staff are all really nice and welcoming. I am home!
