  This location is simply amazing. Recovery here changed my life. I was able to heal from the pain and regain my mobility in a timely manner thanks to their expertise.
  I'd strongly recommend to those in need of face-to-face PT. I greatly appreciate what they did for me! The workers here are great, Emily was great to work with.

  On my first visit, I was in a lot of pain and could not sleep and did not have the arm movement I should have. Right away Emily gave me the confidence that she and her team could get me to a much better place. I now have no pain and have the movement I wanted back. I have also learned how to continue and keep up my progress with instructions/exercises. Emily and Abby are a GREAT Team and I highly recommend their services.

  Absolutely love Emily and Abbey. They’ve done so much too help me and my lymphodemia! Always so sweet and pleasant along with Jane when she greets you upon coming in.

  I truly enjoyed working with Abby to restore my range of motion after surgery! She is thorough and patient from the first session to the last! I highly recommend the staff at Cornerstone PT!

  Everyone at Cornerstone Therapy were personable, pleasant and professional. Jayne, the receptionist, was very helpful with the scheduling to accommodate my schedule. Jayne always greeted each client personally.
  
  Emily was the therapist that explained why I had pain that could and did radiate to my neck and shoulder due to my lumpectomy surgery. My scar was so tight that I had limited range of motion with my arm. I never gave a second thought to the problem resulting from my scar. She used astem therapy to loosen that tightness. She also massaged my lymphedema areas and worked the pressure points. Emily also showed me two exercises that I could do at home. She also worked with me regarding the neuropathy in my feet. I didn’t notice a lot of improvement in my feet but it was 4 1/2 years since the neuropathy started.
  
  Abby also worked with me for lymphedema and used astem on my scar. When we finished 12 sessions for my feet, astem was used for my hands. I did notice tingling nerves during this treatment and I felt that was a good sign. Abby also worked my pressure points which helped to loosen the tightness.
  
  After 10 astem treatments on my hands, Emily evaluated my progress. The result for my range of motion on my arm had really improved quite a bit. I was amazed at the difference and my scar was not puckered inward so much anymore. My hand flexibility improved somewhat and I think my balance improved.
  
  Emily and Abby are very considerate of how you are feeling during therapy. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Therapy to everyone that suffers from the effects of chemotherapy and/or radiation and surgery. They did help me although I think time worked against me. I am thankful for all their help and caring. The sooner you start therapy, the more likely you are to have great results.
  
  I had a really great experience at Cornerstone and would go again, if needed.
