I've been training at Avenue X for 4 weeks and have already started to see physical changes in my body! As a former college athlete, I've struggled to find a gym that is strength based but not damaging or hard on my body. The variety of 30 minute strength+cardio+core sessions allow me to pick and choose which areas of my body I'd like to focus on. The trainers are very friendly and motivating! Looking forward to working out there for months and years to come.

I have been to many gyms and this gym is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been to! I was in need of a great gym that would get me in to shape after an injury at Crossfit. I love to workout but also wanted to have a gym that would focus on me and watch me and correct me if needed. Do yourself a favor....join the free week! After moving back to Columbus from out of state, I was looking for a gym where I felt comfortable being a part of. Avenue X is that gym. I feel like I’m part of a family there, and I look forward to the training sessions. The trainers, especially Deb and B, are great motivators and keep me accountable during workouts. On top of that, Avenue X is spotless and safe. I’d recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their physical health.

I've been a member at Avenue X for about 4 months, and working out has become the highlight of my day. The small group training is perfect for people of all fitness levels - not only do the trainers guide you through sessions, but they teach you how to weight train, use the machinery, and workout effectively. Every session can be catered to your own personal capabilities, and it's fun to have others in there working with you! The attitude at Avenue X is always positive and Wine Down Wednesdays are always something fun to look forward to. Really can't imagine training anywhere else and getting better value.
