  Kudos to Shannon, Tiffany, and Rachel for providing exceptional customer service, we truly enjoyed our stay. Michael the shuttle driver: very friendly, and safe. Awesome service!!!!!

  Overall, very nice and comfortable stay. Friendly and welcoming staff.
  
  Room was generally clean, although the shower had hair from previous occupant and dishes, although in dishwasher per protocol, did not appear clean.
  
  Only drawbacks - hot and cold breakfast options were limited during the week, and quite lacking on the weekend to cereal, granola bars, etc. Also, the fitness center had nothing but two treadmills, one elliptical, and three or four medicine balls. Hotel infrastructure is a bit dated but not really a problem.
  
  Otherwise enjoyed my stay. Would stay again with managed expectations.

  We have hired Fresh Touch Custom Painting for 2 different jobs and will hire them again in the future. They are everything you want in a painting company: responsive - call you back immediately to schedule a time for a quote and it comes back within a few days. Professional and Punctual - show up on day/time scheduled and very respectful or your home both inside and out. Quality: always do a beautiful job and pay attention to details. Value: great price for such quality and professional work.

  Fresh Touch is a pleasure to work with. From their original quote to their thorough cleanup, they did a great job painting the house we sold and our new house. Our schedules were crazy, but they were able to accommodate us, always responding quickly to every inquiry. Painting both places at the same time was no problem for these pros. I highly recommend them.

  Zach and team did an excellent job painting our kitchen cabinets and office. From start to finish Zach was able to quickly give us a quote and complete the job before we moved into our new home. I would highly recommend FTC for any interior painting projects!

  Can't say enough good things about hiring Fresh Touch for our project. The main things you want when hiring a pro were done very well.
  
  - Communication -
  When reaching out to get an estimate, they asked what time and day worked best for me then made it happen. In the day of the estimate, Zach called an hour before our scheduled time to confirm our appointment and also offered to come right away if I preferred, which worked perfectly for me (it was late afternoon). The estimate was sent to me first thing the next morning and was very reasonable, so we added some extra small services and agreed to have the work done - Zach told me that Mark would contact me to schedule. Mark reached out to me the following business day to schedule (we needed it done soon) and he fit us in one week from that day - amazing. While we waited I sent the paint colors over to Zach. He called the morning of the work start to tell me he was getting the paint and wanted to confirm the colors and sheen. During the work, we were kept well informed on the progress and timing - communication throughout the process couldn't have been better
  
  - Prompt/Timely -
  The estimate and scheduling were done very quickly and we were told 2 days for the work to be completed. The workers were on time each day (to the exact minute) and were neat and polite, even covering furniture in a nearby room to stave off work dust. The work was done in the time estimated.
  
  - Quality -
  Time and care were taken to do the paint right, and we're beyond thrilled with the transformation.
  
  Overall, the experience was infinitely more pleasant than we had expected. We had never hired someone to paint before, and you hear horror stories, but this was a job we weren't ready to do ourselves. Happily, I don't have a single negative to say. We're glad we went with Fresh Touch Custom Painting and will definitely hire them again!

  I have recently used Fresh Touch Painting(FTP) Service to paint my Kitchen Cabinets doors and bathroom vanity doors. Initially, I was very doubtful on how the paint will look, but FTP team painted it so beautifully that it looks amazing and more open now. Each person in the team is very hardworking, knowledgeable and friendly. The didn't charge me a single penny until the whole job is done and I was happy. They were also very flexible on every part of the job. I would highly recommend them and use them in future for other painting jobs.
