On Dec. 5th, 2023 - I emailed Schoedinger Funeral Home - Karl Rd. from their website, inquiring about services for the cremation of a loved one.
The next morning (Dec. 6th) Julia called me. She was very understanding, as she took her time to explain their process and the different pricing options available. She was thorough, patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about my situation. She followed up on Dec. 7th with information that she had researched for me. I can honestly say, that Julia did an excellent job conveying the care and understanding that all businesses should strive to achieve for their customers! It's helped us alot and very good service

We worked with Schoedingers 30 years ago when my dad died. It was sudden so I dont remember much about that experience. The passing of my mom this week brought us back. They were amazing. Their tender care and kindness were quite genuine. Julia was so gracious and patient. What a blessing they were to our family. Thank you so much.
