Contacted A&B to empty my septic tank and received an appointment quickly. The best part of my experience was definitely the technician. He was so helpful - he answered all my questions and demonstrated to how to maintain each piece of the system in detail. After inspection, our tank wasn't in need of emptying (as it is new) and the technician didn't charge and told me he'd prefer to have happy customers instead of making a quick buck. Other service companies should take note, this is how you build loyal customers! Thank you A&B

On time and good results

These guys are great!! We called for a septic system inspection for a home we are buying (that we have been renting for more than 10 years) because we didn't know where the septic was or what it consisted of. They got us on the schedule very fast and were extremely helpful at answering all the questions we had. They even came out the day following the heaviest snow fall of the year!! I am so appreciative of A & B Sanitation! We had a bit of an emergency with our septic, and I called many companies to check on availability to have it pumped. The receptionist at A & B was so kind, and the team member was able to fit us into the schedule due to the nature of our needs. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely be using them for our future regular maintenance.
