  I lived here for a couple of years. Location is great walking and biking distance from just about anywhere you would need to go and great access to the running path. The quality of the built was also nice along with the quality of the appliances and fixtures.
  My bike was stolen and my car was broken into in the parking lot once during my two year stay. Of course it's the city so stuff like that can happen.
  My only problem was not getting back the deposit even though everything was super clean, but getting your money back from these places are sort of hit and miss.

  Location is perfect! Short, convenient walk to the energy of the short north yet still tucked away and quaint. Always clean and management is helpful and quick to get back with you with any concerns. The design of the units is modern with updated appliances and comfortable feel. Great amenities - pool, fitness center, community center. Right next to a running path and a park!

  Great living environment with friendly neighbors throughout the complex. Walkable distance to all our favorite spots and right song the Olentangy trail. We use the gym daily and the pool all summer, both included in rent. Anytime we place a maintenance request it is fixed before we even get home from work. Great place to live !

  I have lived here about 2 years and have had great experiences all around. It's in a safe, quiet part of Columbus, which is nice. Plus there's free 24 hour gym access right next door (and a pool). I like that there's a fob entrance to get into the complex so I feel pretty secure knowing not just anyone can get to my front door. The maintenance guy is always super nice and is good about fixing things quickly. Management is also good about responding to any emails or voicemails I leave, so none of my concerns have ever been ignored. The quality of the building itself is also pretty luxurious. There's an elevator, the ceilings are high, and the cabinets and floors are especially nice to look at if you're into that sort of thing. I also have never really had any issues finding parking.
