Roy's Appliances

Bought a nice used washer and dryer from Roy at a great price about 3 years ago. It worked great ever since until recently moving it into a new home I had an issue with it. I texted Roy, on a Sunday no less, regarding repairs and he immediately responded, walked me through diagnosing the problem and helped me fix it all through text (the issue was user error btw). The mans so good he can fix a washer without even seeing it in person. Sells quality appliances and really knows his stuff.

The best purchase experience I've ever had. Roy is the man, hands down. He texts with you, answers any time, answers any question. He goes above and beyond what you would expect out of an appliance sales person. Simple sale, simple delivery and installation. I hardly had to lift a finger and a washer and dryer was purchased and installed. I couldn't be happier!

Highly recommend this business. Went here to replace our washing machine, based on all the positive reviews. Very helpful, even suggested a couple of ideas for our non-working machine to try before we replaced it. Bought a machine, but it had an issue after a few days. Replaced quickly and efficiently under Roy's warranty. We will return and buy again if/when necessary!

Roy and another associate ( sorry can't remember his name) were very helpful in assisting me with a technical problem. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend anyone in need of used appliances to go see Roy! 5 Stars from me!
