I would highly recommend them! Every person here has been extremely nice, helpful and I really felt they had my back. When this could have been an extremely stressful time they went above and beyond my expectations. I will return anytime I need them but I will also be telling everyone this is where they should go. I just got my Audi a couple months ago and someone rear ended me at a light. After considering several other shops I realized that Metro was far better and offered a much more pleasant experience. My experience with Metro Collision was the best! From the first point of contact with Liz, who by the way has extensive knowledge of how insurance policies work, I felt at ease about my auto repair journey. Then there's Nick the owner "Big Man" lol. He took the time out to meet me & access the damages to my truck himself. He answered all of my questions & really made me feel confident that I was making the right choice to have Metro take care of my auto repair needs. He made every step easy for me. He met me at the rental company & didn't leave until I was taken care of before he took my truck to the shop. Then there's Jules who contacted me and kept me in the know about the repairs once they started the work, she is sweet as candy! I felt like a priority through this whole process!! I'm so grateful to know Nick & his team. They are truly leaders in what they do.
