(August 26, 2020, 10:01 am)Due to a parking mix up with my leasing office due to construction, I was towed from the lot which I was supposed to be parked in, not the fault of the tow driver. After providing proof that I was supposed to be in that lot and clearing up the miscommunication, Hound Dog made it right by reversing the credit card charges, for which I am very grateful for. The man helping me at the counter was also very polite and tried his best to remedy the situation.
