(August 29, 2020, 9:03 pm)When we checked in Christopher was very friendly. He was able to multitask and still keep his cool with Mr. McKranky and answering the phone. With everything going on we were still checked in, in less than 5 minutes.

(August 17, 2020, 1:43 pm)Full kitchenette and full size fridge. Comfortable and clean beds. Decent hot breakfast and hot coffee...hard to find at a hotel these days. Close to airport and UC Hospital, VA Hospital.

(June 20, 2020, 10:29 pm)The place is not bad. However with the hole Covid-19 thing going on the bar, pool and gym are closed. The Shuttle ride will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the place if you do not have a car or you can rent a car located inside the Air Port.
The hotel rooms are nice, bathrooms are clean and beds are extremely comfortable.
