I was looking for alternative ways other than invasive procedures to add to my workout regimen and came across Go Lite Lipo Lounge on Groupon! I am on my second set of treatments with Cat! Her knowledge of the treatments put me at ease and erased any doubts if this is just a waste of my money. Needless to say, I am happy with my results! Thank you Cat!!

Cat is such a sweet lady and very knowledgeable in her practice. She makes sure you understand exactly what will be going on which gives me comfort. The environment itself is very relaxing(I always fall asleep). I am halfway through my package and the inches and pounds are melting off. The waistbelt I could not fit after I gained the "quarantine 15" is too large for me now. That says a lot. I'm on my 3rd Beach Body session and ready to continue this journey.

What a wonderful place to go relax, have a few laughs with Cat, and all the while, slimming down! The atmosphere is calming and the procedures are simple & effective. I loved the “sweat burrito!”

To top it off, Cat is one person I trust to do my treatments and is also friendly and easy to talk to. The atmosphere is also very soothing as soon as you walk in.
