  SOOO easy to sign up for storage (I didn't have to visit the office at all), and this location is very clean and the temperature kept downright chilly. Access is easy and, bonus, there's always a cart available. (I say the last because I just moved out of another storage facility in Central Austin and the entire facility had 2 carts and sometimes non-working elevators. If you showed up at the wrong time with a carload of stuff you had to wait until someone else was done.

  Super easy to rent a space. Victor the manager is friendly and helpful. The place is clean and in a good location. This is second time to rent at an extra space facility and both experiences were great -highly recommend!

  Easy online rental process! Ordered a storage unit online Saturday night and was able to get access to the unit right away even though the office was closed. Very clean! Office personnel was super friendly and helpful when we needed a refund for a lock we didn’t receive, but since we already had one it wasn’t a big deal. They went the extra mile and gave us an additional discount on our unit for the inconvenience anyway. I can’t recommend this storage facility enough!

  Friendly, professional and genuinely looks out for the consumer. Very clean with carts available to transport your belongings. Best prices too. Two thumbs up!

  Cannot say enough good things about this place! It is extremely clean and well kept. Spoke with a very nice accommodating lady over the phone. Was able to actually get a unit on Sunday while they were closed all online. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

  Outstanding customer service. Even if takes extra time, they do the job right or not at all. Professional staff, expert mechanics, and over the top courtesy with their customers.
  
  I don't wish Big rig or RV issues on ANYONE, but if you have a problem, Foster's is absolutely the place you want it fixed at.
  
  Andrew, Danielle, Jamie and the entire staff gave me total confidence in how service, and customer service is done. Bravo guys.
