  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They were able to take care of our issue quickly and diligently. Followed all the proper COVID protocols to ensure our safety.

  I had to take the time out and show my appreciation to a wonderful group of people I had the pleasure of meeting while needing medical assistance.
  When I walked into the emergency room in New Albany, the first thing I recognized was how clean the environment had been. And after visiting a few different healthcare facilities that day I was actually able to compare how professional and concerned these people actually were. As I walked in I was immediately greeted by a gentleman named Omar who quickly got me into an examination room and got right on with the procedures that would help the nurses and doctors. He’s genuine concern stuck with me because at that time I needed someone to show that concern. Nurse Becky can I’m within min utes and After she calmed me down }I was extremely nervous!!!) she let me know that Doctor. Gavin would be in to assist and that I would have nothing to worry about because he’s the best! That really put my mind at ease. And she was right. Dr. Gavin asked me some questions and gave me what was needed to assist in my medical care. And then suggestions on how to prevent and fix this issue from happening in the future. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for ..... saving me. Thank you

  We recently had to take our 2 year old here. We were greeted immediately and brought straight back to a room. The nurses were trying to comfort our 2 YO from the time I walked through the door until we exited. The Billing lady was extremely nice and also tried to interact with our 2 YO to keep him happy while gathering our insurance info. She expedited the process as fast as possible. We waited no more than 3 minutes for the physician on call to come to our room. He was excellent with our child, explaining everything to him in toddler language before proceeding. I was very impressed by every single one of the staff at the urgent care. They called a day later to follow up. While I almost always use our PCP as primary point of care when needed, I would highly recommend New Albany urgent care to anyone needing care when their visit cannot wait until the next day!
