Columbus Floor Sanding

I’ve really enjoyed my time here. Maintenance is on it! It’s never taken them more than 24 hours to get to my requests. They did a great job handling the freeze a few years ago and then prepared for it this past year if it were to happen again. All staff has been pleasant and helpful. I try to tell as many people as I can about this complex if they are looking for a new home.

I have lived at Griffis Southpark for two years and have nothing but positive things to say about this place.
The management team and office staff are friendly and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They are also eager to assist in helping with whatever the request is.
The maintenance team is also polite, knowledgeable and professional.
This is a clean, quiet and safe community to be a part of and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Community is beautiful. Far more than what I was expecting. It's been easy to navigate and get through. So much nature and trees. I genuinely feel safe which was a key factor for me. I love the unit and how to get into it. The studio I’m living in has been a dream pad. Doesn’t feel like a studio at all. My kitties are also happy! The neighborhood is quiet which is an extra plus.

This place is legit, I like the pool everyone is friendly and they have a dog park and stuff. The office people are cool too, and I trust the maintenance guys. Definitely recommend if you are living in South ATX

Outstanding work and price. Wanted a grey floor since they're all the rage and could not be happier with the end result.
Everyone who sees my floors wants to know who did it.
Timeframe from start to finish was just 4 days and they cleaned up so well. Truly dustfree , which has not been my experience in my past home.

Friendly but shy workers, so I felt safe just walking away and letting them do their thing.

I could not be happier with the way these folks redid my floors! I recently closed on a house that was in desperate need of refinishing the hardwood. All original hardwood but scratched to the bone - I was skeptical at first that they would be able to fix them. But the end product was beautiful, the foreman and the workers were great to work with, and the time it took them to finish was actually shorter than originally estimated. The floors look beautiful now and it completely changed the feel of the house. 10/10 would work with them again. Thanks again, guys!

Wonderful job, left me very pleased with the outcome. I called them on a weekend and they were able to fit me into their job schedule quickly.
The older gentleman that provided the estimate was very knowledgeable and answered every question i could think of.
The work was done in a matter of a few days.

I would recommend without hesitation.

Simply love my re-done floors. The men exceeded our expectations enormously.
