Marcus was recommended to us by a friend who was pleased with his work. When we initially ordered the inspection, he contacted us to recommend holding off on a couple of the optional add-on elements because the standard inspection should indicate whether they were actually worth paying for, which was greatly appreciated. He provided a thorough walk-through of his findings in person, as well as a thorough write-up of the results with photos of the relevant items. He also recommended a few local companies to resolve some of the issues he identified; we've used two of those recommendations so far and were very pleased with them.
