They got me in and out quickly. Friendly people.
My Dorcy focusing lamp wouldn't work because I left the batteries in it so it would be ready in the event of emergency. As a result, the batteries corroded the metal contacts. I had barely used it. I contacted the company to buy one piece of the flashlight to get it to work again.
Britney, the customer service representative, was very friendly and offered to completely replace the flashlight if I sent the defective one back to the companty. She was very kind, polite, and professional.
Now, that's service. I would recommend this company. Always remove batteries from your flashlights when they are not in use.
About two years ago I purchased a Dorcy Flashlight from Dorcy Direct. It was the best flashlight I have ever had. It was great. Over the weekend I dropped it and broke something. I wrote Dorcy trying to figure out what was wrong. I was willing to pay to get it fixed (no light went on and since there is no bulb but only a little chip) was not sure how to fix it. Dorcy got back to me and said not to worry a free replacement would be sent out. Now that's first class service and how all US companies should operate.
