  I loved my 1br apartment. I have no complaints. I always felt safe and comfortable in my home. Maintenance issues are addressed timely. The apartment grounds are kept nice and during the snow season they clear side walks and plow. The office has emailed me before to make me aware that some people in the area left their car running to warm it up and walked away and someone stole their car. I thought that was a cool thing they did because i have done the same thing not even thinking. I have not heard of any of crimes before or after those incidents. I would recommend these apartments.

  This review is based on my application process and not the renting phase yet. I will say that the staff was very polite and warming. I sent an email about the available units and Tiffany replied within about an hour and gave me honest up to date units and move in dates. So I decided to go check them out and now mind you I had been stopping at rental lobbies all day. The staff was very and I mean very helpful. I had my 2 kids with me and they are toddlers so they like to mess with stuff lol. The staff was not lazy and answered all my questions and gave me tour of the building and gave me excellent details. When one staff member didn't know they asked a partner and gave me correct info. They are not lazy and really get off their butts to assist you. Out of all the places I visited the staff here was the best hands down. Thank you for your conversations and excellent customer service.
