  I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Kelley BMW. I bought the car sight unseen from Florida and flew up to drive it back home. The vehicle exceeded all expectations and everyone I dealt with from John Zimmerman who facilitated this sale, to Walt the mechanic who serviced the vehicle, and Lindsay who took care of all the paperwork, made this transaction as smooth as possible. What a great team of employees who helped me realize the car of my dreams!

  My husband and I just purchased our first BMW today. We got a Certified Used X1 and absolutely LOVE it! It’s super sharp and wow os it ever fun to drive!! John Zimmerman was my salesman, and he made this experience the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! He went above and beyond and was very patient with all my questions from financing to all the bells and whistles on my new ride! He even got a special gift (a cute BMW Teddy Bear) for our 3 month old daughter!
  
  Special shout out to Lindsay Ferrell in finance as well! I’ve had a few bad experiences in finance offices when buying cars where the person was intimidating or rude. So going into the finance office always make me cringe. Lindsay made it fun and was very personable and so sweet! I felt like I was buying a car from a friend or family member as she treated me as such. Definitely fun to work with and I hope on my next purchase, I get to see her again!

  I have never been to another dealership that cared about it's customers more than Kelly BMW. The entire staff is terrific. Gordon Rae always helpful and attentive. This is the only dealership that makes me feel like they are addressing my needs and not their needs. Thank you one and all.

  I went to all the auto parts stores and was quoted $40-60 and a 5-7 day waiting period.
  I was really shocked to walk into to Kelly BMW and buy the car part that i needed for just $7!
  
  The dealership is usually a last resort but I will always make you my first choice.
