  This is my first review, and I figured out how to write them just for this. I scheduled an appointment for today, I get there, sit down, and they have my car fixed and ready within a half hour. They realized that my EGR valve wasn't plugged in, popped it in, and the problem was fixed. Here's the kicker: they didn't even charge me. The employee working (I didn't get his name), said he couldn't charge me in good conscience.
  
  I will be coming back, I won't be going to any other mechanic. I know a billion other people all have similar reviews, but if you need a car repair, seriously, this is the one.

  I'm new to Columbus and decided to go here b/c the reviews are great and Justin was really helpful on the phone. Justin did not disappoint! Everywhere else I checked out charged 75+ for diagnostics alone but Justin doesn't charge for an estimate. It turns out one of my hoses was just lose and so he popped it back in. Even though his team took time out of their day to take a look at my car, he wasn't even going to charge for that b/c it was such an easy fix. Such a pleasant surprise! I really appreciate the integrity of this business and how there aren't hidden fees. Thanks so much, Justin! I'll definitely be coming back here with any future car needs and referring you!

  These guys have helped me in a lot of situations. They're reliable, efficient, and always go the extra mile. Quality of service is worth every penny.

  The folks here are very kind, knowledgeable and super friendly. This is our go-to place for oil changes or auto repair needs. Their waiting area is even equipped with a pool table, books, and TV (although I didn't have to wait long for my oil change). Highly recommended.
