Brittany was always quick with correspondence whenever I had a question or concerns, and the turn around rate for maintenance issues was always fast. Managers made sure the public areas of the property were aesthetically pleasing and neat, and they were on top of fixing/updating features of the building. Rent was very reasonable considering the area that I lived in (Grandview Heights).
