(April 11, 2019, 10:25 am)I recently purchased Emser tile through a big box store, and when an issue came up I turned to this Emser Tile store. Thank god I did. Rick was extremely helpful and was able to quickly resolve my issue. My only regret is not discovering this store sooner and purchasing directly through them. The show room is stunning. Very easy to find inspiration. I was impressed how well organized and clean the entire space was, including the warehouse. High quality tile and accessories. I had such a good experience, that I told my wife we are exclusively using Emser when we build a house in the future. Thank you!!
