David and his team did a fantastic job of restoring my car. There is no way you can tell it was in an accident. The work and attention to detail are just top-notch. David was terrific in assisting me in dealing with the insurance company and rental car company while my car was in the shop. He regularly checked in with me to let me know the status of my repair. “So I was cautious using a mechanic other than my normal guy but he was booked. Very glad I chose Gary. 1st I called and he told me he had cars that needed immediate attention so he couldn't take mine as my jeep just needed minor work. I actually liked this as he could have easily taken my car and made a quick buck by skipping others but he put them 1st. So I called the following week. Dropped off car just before closing. 9 am calls me with a quote which was substantially lower than what I was thinking it would be. By early next day work was done. Went to get car and my other car wouldn't start. Gary offered me a tow (jumped it though). Next day got the call and the frame is rusted not worth fixing. Not his fault. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic and kept it for an extra day as I had work. All work done on my jeep seems very good and I am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend Gary's Auto Service. I will definitely be back in the future. Sorry for the lengthy review”

“Johnny has been fixing my trucks for over 5 years. He is the most honest, down to earth, family oriented, hard working person I know. His mechanic Anthony is extremely hard working. And earned my respect through his hard work and expert diesel repair. Johnny used to be an OTR truck driver and understands what it costs us to be down and not working. I recently purchased a used truck. I had Johnny thoroughly go through and inspect my truck He replaced the speed sensor, changed the oil, replaced the crank case filter, both air filters, oil filter, fuel filter, replaced U joint on drive shaft, removed rpm and speed governors, performed DOT inspection, replaced a leaking bunk heater core. Johnny can repair anything related to a semi truck regardless of the make and model. I fix my truck at Johnnys because I have tried multiple shops in Columbus and no one compares. I trust Johnny with my trucks like I trust my doctor with my health. Repair costs are fair and way cheaper than the dealers. BTW The office staff are professional and helpful. Thank you Johnny. Today's visit was for new headlights, Rain X, & a set of eyeball mirrors for our F150. The process aren't too high here. There selection of items is good in my opinion. The older gentleman (Chuck) has always come from around the counter & helped me when I've needed it. He's not the type of person to just point & tell you where something is located in the store, he actually walks me to the correct location. I truly appreciate that about him since I usually ask questions lol. Overall I would highly recommend this store to other shoppers. I know there are several other auto parts places in the same general area but these guys are on the top of my list & the first place I go when I'm in Columbus & need something. A++”
