The gentleman at the Cleveland Avenue location was professional and friendly. Dropped my car off late Tuesday, under the impression it was an issue with the transmission. Got a call around noon Wednesday with the good news I just needed to replace the coil and spark plugs. Reached out to a mechanic friend to check the price I was quoted and they assured me it was a fair price for the service. The car was ready for me Wednesday afternoon! I've been driving it for 5 days and it is running great!”

They arranged for Auto Glass Fitters to come and replace the windshield on the dealers dime, so I can not speak on price of the windshield. They called on a Monday afternoon and were able to come to my home on Thursday to install. They called around 9am to give me a 1 hour window for same day. A gentleman named Jim did the install and was very polite and took pride in his work. It went pretty quickly and he gave me instructions to follow for the next 24 hours and was on his way. I'm very satisfied with the final result.”
