“I've been a client at North Community for almost 10 years now. I have gone through 4 counselors as they come and go (some leave, some are promoted) and only had 1 that I wasn't thrilled about. They have been accommodating at every turn. If you are without insurance or on public insurance, they will work with you to make sure you can get the help you need without going broke. Like Greg, I am highly suspicious of the 1-star ratings.”

“I was a little unsure about going here based on the reviews. Not the quality but the wait. I was unsure to the point I brought my pc and intended to do work before my appointment. My experience was exceptional. I was a new patient but was taken back to the exam room before I was done with my paperwork. Service was great, thorough, well done. Doctor explained everything and even having had multiple tests done, was finished in about an hour. Very impressed with the staff, their professionalism and their expertise, will definitely make Northwest my eye care provider of choice going forward. Great job!”

“Melissa has a great way with kids! She knows how to interact and teach so that kids don't even know they are learning! My daughter always enjoyed their time together. She made significant gains and improvements in her speech in a matter of weeks. We went for understanding about half of what she was saying to us to understanding nearly all of what she was saying. “I had paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia for going on 15 years. I was afraid to have an ablasion. I finally decided to have it done per Dr. Silverstein. It was an outpatient procedure. Dr. Silverstein was excellent and cured my PVST. Post op recovery was minimal and I really wondered why I waited so long. The nurses were also excellent and made me feel special with all the care and kindness.”

I've followed her from my dermatologist's office to Medileaf; trust me that is a commitment. :-) Medileaf is an excellent location, clean and the staff are professional and well-versed on their treatments.
