Over the years, if I had a question, I always received a prompt and detailed response. In particular, Angela has been extremely helpful and has killer customer service skills. I recently realized how much I miss Augustine Insurance when I had a question concerning my new homeowner’s insurance in my new home out-of-state. I actually called Angela at Augustine and she spent a good half hour answering my questions even though I no longer had any policies with them. But I felt much more comfortable talking to Augustine than my new agents, whom I have no relationship with. The folks at Augustine are great—they’re honest, and hardworking, and the fact that they’d try to sift through and help me with questions even though I’m no longer a customer speaks volumes about their customer service.
