“The pizza was good. However there was a hiccup with my order. I ordered a large half pineapple and mushroom/half extra cheese and mushroom pizza, as well as a large all beef with half banana peppers. I picked up and paid for the order, redeeming a coupon. I was not able to use the $20/two large pizza coupon due to being told one of the pizzas was a "specialty": ground beef. I said I've redeemed that type coupon before with that pizza. I was told again the coupon could not be used. I said o.k and paid the "specialty" price and drove home. Was ready to feed the family when it was noticed the "specialty" pizza was pepperoni. I ordered beef. I drove back, explained this and showed the pizza. The employee who entered the order happened to be the person whom waited on me the first time. He shared with me the order was for ground beef pepperoni which was why is was a "specialty" pizza. I explained I placed an order for beef, not mentioning anything about pepperoni. He corrected the order and refunded the difference for the "specialty" pizza, which was great, however I felt there should have been a small complimentary offering for the inconvenience: 1): For the extra trip and 2): For the other pizza having gotten cold.”

The burger are fantastic never mind the hot dogs, best in the country! I used to love their garbage salad, would get one almost every day. When they stopped making them, I stopped going. I was disappointed to say the least. The cakes are great, so are the shakes. Salads are all good as well but I no longer eat them after they discontinued the garbage salad. I don’t eat beef sandwiches but I’ve heard these are great too. Fries are decent. This location is very clean as are the washrooms. Great staff, nothing but good things coming here.”

“Took a trip "Down on the Farm" with my daughter. Seated immediately, ordered the Pot Roast dinner with rolls and a coffee. Two beautiful fresh hot rolls were delivered immediately and they were as good as they looked and smelled. Coffee was old and un-drinkable but was replaced with a cup from a fresh pot once I asked the waitress for it to be remade. The Pot Roast was perfectly cooked and tender as we're the baby carrots it is served with. Overall the dinner and service were excellent! My daughter opted for breakfast at dinner which is another nice thing about Bob Evans, breakfast anytime if that's your preference. Her Blueberry hotcakes looked delicious and she ate most of it but even though it was a short stack she still had more food than she could eat. Due to COVID-19 the seating is very spread out. We had no concerns about cleanliness or safety because the whole place was spotless and all employees wore masks properly over nose and mouth.”

Cody worked out virtually all the details over the phone with me, so when I got there, it was essentially a sign-and-drive experience. This was huge for us, as we were coming from 2.5 hours away, and had to leave by a specific time. Cody was extremely knowledgeable regarding the entire process, and was very helpful in getting me my dream bike. “X” did the most complete walk through over the controls/menus/operation I’ve ever experienced, and made sure I was completely comfortable before I left.
