They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!”

The outlet has a more stable and consistent selection and presentation, good deals there too but no different than those at a typical outlet mall. Call ahead to find out what the current warehouse deals are and to confirm hours. They are closed on Tuesdays and only open until 7 most days...but check first, they do change.”
