Evan and Matt assured me that I was in good hands. I started my process online, called and spoke to Evan, was able to fax over all my documents. Evan contacted me almost immediately and gave me the numbers. I was happy with the results and was headed to Ohio the next morning. My son and I picked up his car yesterday and was at the dealership for about 2 hours, that included test driving a few different cars and completing the paperwork. Hands down the best place to go anywhere in and around Columbus. As a female I have never felt pressured or that they were trying to take advantage of me in services and fees! Had a problem called Saturday afternoon they are closed on Sunday come Monday by noon my car was fixed and ready for pickup. Thanks again guys you rock!”

“Very comfortable, clean property. Free parking, lots of space, entertainment, functionality in the lobby. Free breakfast. Free coffee/hot tea 24/7. Friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. I liked the effort of the room designs - felt very open and roomy. Some noise from either the hallway or other rooms (stomping, maybe because the floors have no carpet). The towels and washcloths felt very cheap, which was surprising considering this property is more expensive than others in the area. The washcloths had a dirty tinge to them and were rough. I didn't feel like I got the value I paid, mainly because of the area. It was a bit more expensive than it should have been. But having had a terrible hotel experience a few days before at another hotel, I was just happy to get a wonderful night's sleep at TRU.”

“I love Dr. Lange. I've been visiting her regularly for a little over two years and she is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She's incredibly smart and thorough, always asks the right questions to get to the root of a problem, and listens to my concerns and symptoms with a proactive attitude and no judgement. I've never felt uncomfortable or like I can't bring up an issue with her. She's friendly and great at small talk but not overly chatty to the point where it feels like work to keep up. I feel incredibly well taken care of in her hands. Her staff are all incredibly friendly and the ones I see on a regular basis know me by name and always greet me warmly. They're great about setting up appointments that work for my schedule and calling to remind me about them a couple days before (it's a lifesaver). It's also extremely convenient that they have an online portal where I can make appointments and request prescription refills.”
