“Took a drive down to visit a friend in Columbus from Cleveland. My car started to make increasingly weird noises on the way there to the point where I didn’t feel safe driving it, but I was supposed to leave to go back home the next day. The next morning I called, this service was able to take in my car right away, find the problem (tensioner pulley broke and the belt fell off— could have caused some bad engine damage), and fixed it up for a fair price so I was ready to leave that same night as I originally planned. The lady working at the front was very knowledgable and helpful in explaining what was wrong to me even though I don’t know much about cars. If I lived in Columbus I would definitely come back here again!”

I needed a condenser and compressor; the price quoted was extremely competitive based on industry standards. Ultimately the shop saved me some money by servicing the condenser instead of replacing it. Some shops might have left that fact out and kept the extra money. Integrity is important to me.
