So, I ended up locking myself out a second time. Remembered to have a spare made, which they were gracious enough to waive the price of. Salma, Director of Operations, is wonderful and handled a small problem for me. The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds and very large televisions, which my husband appreciates. Sheraton is always great for those of us who travel with fur babies too.”
