They worked with me (and I them) since it was literally a last minute situation. From the scheduler to the transport personnel were just fantastic. very polite and caring toward my Grandfather and even followed up on another trip I was anticipating. I would recommend highly to anyone. This was a God send for me! I could. Ot believe how much easier it was getting him to his appointment and the feeling that all of the employees were family. I went in super hesitant, signed in on the kiosk and the practioner's name was Lisa, I forget her last name though. She was not only extremely efficient but also was patient with all of my questions. Very directive and to the point but also friendly enough to joke with me. She definitely eased all my nervousness about coming in.”
