Jim and Sophia took the time to sit with me in a series of 1 on 1 appointments to introduce me to the world of gems and jewelry, teaching me the basics of what makes a fantastic diamond and providing detailed examples from their inventory. As I came to know what I wanted in the ring, they worked with suppliers (many of whom were closed) to get different gems sent so I could compare them in person. Lastly, upon deciding on the right ring, they worked with their contacts to make sure I received it in a timely manner even though the design I wanted was not initially available due to various shutdowns across the country. My experience at Diamonds, Pearls and Jade was fantastic, and I hope to be back before too long to work on wedding rings!”
