My service rep was friendly and polite, yet not overbearing. UPDATE: I came in for an oil change and Braeden greeted me like family. He helped me know what I needed to get done and outlined my next visit so I could be prepared. I always have a wonderful experience at Germain Nissan. I expected to wait longer, but was finished before I could even get into my work. UPDATE: I went in for general maintenance and got my car in and out in no time. I was able to get home in time for a zoom meeting. UPDATE 2021:I went in because my lease was ending and I needed a new vehicle. Steve Mendoza took time with me to find the vehicle I wanted. Being practical, I usually pick black vehicles, but this time I was attracted to the brilliant blue on the new Rogue. He worked with me and my husband to get me into that vehicle at a price point I could live with. I have been with the Nissan brand since 2007 and have leased 3 vehicles through Germain. You never disappoint!”

“If you want peace of mind in leaving your car in a lot, but don't want to have to shell out money to take an Uber to the airport, The Parking Spot is amazing. I've used them for all my flights and I've never had to wait long for a shuttle, or worry about my car parked at the airport. Their lot is close to the airport so it's a short ride, the staff is always super friendly and courteous, and our last trip, we had at least 5 bags (including a car seat) and the drivers were super helpful with loading and unloading our bags and driving to/from the airport with enough care that I never had to worry about my baby on my lap. I would definitely use them again, so you get the airport parking perk, without paying the airport parking price!”
