“When i scheduled my Reiki appointment, I was a little skeptical. I've know Nicole for about 10 years, so it wasn't her i was skeptical of, but the treatment. I really didn't know what to expect or if it would help me. The day of the appointment, Nicole and I talked for a bit as she wanted to know what to focus on with me (i.e. anything that was mentally or physically ailing). I told her about my mental struggles of holding some burden with me for quite a few years and my constant neck and right shoulder pain that would result in giving me headaches. Once i arrived, i knew this was the place I needed to go to. The atmosphere/environment was very inviting yet relaxed. Nicole is very thorough and describes in detail what she is doing and why. My appointment lasted over an hour, and I have to say, i never in a million years thought i would wake up today feeling like i do. No pain in my neck/shoulder area. My body feels more relaxed and feel like the weight of the world is off of me. I would highly recommend going to Little Lotus with some helpful advice: Please be honest to not just Nicole, but to yourself as well. Just like a medical doctor, she won't be able to totally help you if you're not 100% honest with yourself. Thank you so much for your help, Nicole!!!!”

“5 stars is not nearly enough stars to do this facility justice. The atmosphere here is simply amazing. When I come here it feels like home. All of the staff here are stellar at what they do. The administrator, the front desk worker, the social worker, the nutritionist, the doctors, the nurses and the practitioners, the dialysis techs and even those behind the scenes....every single one of them have earned doctorates and PhD's one hundred times over in my humble opinion. When I come here I see the true definition of love and caring heaped upon every single person. I would go as far as to call the staff faculty because we always seem to be kept engaged and constantly learning from them. Socially, physically and psychologically there is nothing too big or too small for the davita east family. I love them all and wish them the very best in all their endeavors. Whether it's movies, contests, food samples, grilling out, parties, admiring the decorations inside or the flowers outside--this is perfection, yes heaven. I've been here awhile now and seen a lot. I'm amazed every single time I get ready to get dialyzed. I'm thankful. “Whenever we have a plumbing issue, Calhoun are the plumbers we call and once again, they fixed the problem. This time, we had a condensation leak coming from the attic (vent pipe). Calhoun was able to clean and repair, and also provide recommendation if it were to occur again. Rob was informative in diagnosing the problem and both Rob and Tanner were professional and did the repair quickly. They offer great customer service and are a fair value for our plumbing needs.”

“Absolutely fabulous if you can say that of any health care when you are feeling awful. These people go out of there way to help not only the pacient but also the family. Rehabilitation therapy is intense if you want or need...nursing wonderful; everyone seems to like each other and work together. What a consept!!! Food not quite like homemade, but not a bad try. Overall, nice, new, and they care not only for you, but about you. Follow up care at home is also very good and component. After visiting several rehab physicalities this seemed to stand out as top dog.”
