Buying a mattress and box spring (compressible, with actual springs!) was refreshingly simple. If I were to buy a comparable mattress at a department store it would have cost me at least several hundred dollars more. The main selling point for me was that it was the only place I could find where I could purchase a two-sided mattress. I like flipping the mattress every two months or so and I believe this can help extend the life of a mattress. I don't think I will ever buy a mattress from anywhere else.

The sales person, Phil, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional! I had bought a mattress from him for my dad a year ago and made sure to use him again this time. The mattress delivery men were great--helpful and courteous. At last minute, I needed my old mattress and box springs taken away. They had no problem with that (even though I did not have it on the original purchase) and the charge was only $10 total for both. They men also put the zip covers I had purchased elsewhere on both the mattress and box springs. They were so helpful to do it for me! (I use covers because I have dust allergies.)
I have back, muscle, and joint issues and bought a new mattress to replace my older one. It has really made a positive difference. I purchased an extra firm set, because that was what my dad had wanted a year ago, and it turned out to be great for him and me when I tried it. The first night it seemed too hard, but since then I have been very, very happy with it! The firmness is just what I needed. I wake in much less pain each day! I went to The Mattress Factory because they are the only mattress company I have found that still makes their mattresses so you can flip and turn them. Other companies only have one sided mattresses now. I believe my mattress will last longer because I can flip and turn it.
If I needed another mattress, I would use The Mattress Factory again!
