Our house was painted with the usual lowest SW paint by the builder. We wanted a close but lighter outdoor kitchen color. They were all very nice about it including my purchasing only a quart with a better base paint that will fly under HOA radar. Meanwhile a heavily bejeweled and irate Karen was treated very nicely as well at the same time. Paint looks good. Good treatment.

Michelle was a huge help with a positive attitude even though the store was busy. Glad she saved me from my color matching mistake!

Our community builder uses Sherwin Williams for all the new home constructions’ painting. The painting job looks smooth and perfect. However, for a small DIY touch up, we went to this Yulee location to obtain some interior and exterior paints. Since this particular store is not the one providing the paints for our community, Michele, the super awesome manager, helped search for the specific color codes to exactly match our home’s paint colors.
She tirelessly made several phone calls to multiple stores in the area in search for the needed information. Very friendly and constantly smiley, we couldn’t help but ask her, “Are you always this happy on a Monday?”.
Finally, the information was found. We truly appreciate Michele’s time and efforts, and most importantly her superb customer service which far-r-r-r… exceeded our expectations.
