  I would recommend Heartland to all of my friends and family. The building was very clean and well kept. The food was above average but not the best I ever had. The therapy and nursing care were very good though and have no complaints about the care I have received.

  My relative is staying at this facility and is very happy so far. I will be able to give more feedback at the end of her visit. Although I am not able to give specific feedback about the physical therapy at this time I am able to report however that the front desk people (in my opinion) are awesome. :)
  My relative was admitted to the facility rather late in the day last week. And even though it was quite late in the day, the lovely young woman who helped us was very attentive, pleasant, caring, and helpful. I believe that her name is Amanda and she is new to the buckeye state. There is also another lovely young woman who helps out at the front desk --her name is Erin--and whenever I drop off stuff she also is very friendly, pleasant, caring, and helpful. There was also another lady who helped me out another time and unfortunately I failed to get her name. I was in a rush and she was also so very very helpful. I could tell that each one of these very nice ladies is very dedicated to her job and to helping the residents at the facility. I am very thankful that these kind people are willing to work during this crazy Covid virus time!! Evil virus!! Thank you to all the staff at Heartland for your dedication--and especially to the nice ladies whom watch over the front desk. In my opinion Heartland is lucky to have them on their team. I hope you all can stay safe and virus free--thank you for all you do.

  I recently visited Heartland of Dublin. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist upon arrival. The building seemed very clean. The staff are nice but are very busy. There is always something going on it seems. If you have a question the staff will not always answer right away but they will get back to you in a timely manor. At least with my experience. Overall my experience was very nice.

  Visited family member today. What a great place. Staff was nice and attentive to my requests.

  The nurses, occupational and physical therapists and staff were fabulous while I was there for 21 days after being discharged from the hospital. They worked with me to regain my strength and prepared me for my return home independently. I have been home for over a week now and have been doing well. Thank you to everyone there who helped during my challenging times.
