  America's Floor Source was very professional, timely, and helped us pick out the right floor for our home. Once the job was completed we were very satisfied with their work. I would highly recommend their services because we will consider them for future projects!

  I couldn't be happier, Shannon (sales) came on a Monday, measured and showed me samples, it was so easy! He called the next day to set our install date, then the office called the night before to confirm arrival time. 8:30 am, took care of moving everything, cleaning, put everything back in its place and we're done before noon! (And we did 3 bedrooms and a set of stairs). I am so pleased with our choice! I know where to go for my flooring needs!!!

  Value and Quality of carpet was excellent. Purchased during a warehouse sale. Staff are courteous, friendly and quick to help in finding a flooring product with quality for your budget. In had visited two other flooring stores and priced product and quality, and neither could match my value at American Floor Source. I will definitely use them in the future.

  Initial consultations were very helpful. Katie (our consultant) sent multiple rounds of samples on our request and had a good eye. Due to covid-19 delays, it took a while (about four weeks) for the carpet to come in. But then it was scheduled for installation immediately. Took the two installers the entire day (2 bedrooms, a hall, and stairs in a house built in 1909). They did not rush and did a fantastic job. Carpet looks excellent. No seams or mistakes that we could find even on close inspection. And the place was left spotless. Prices seemed reasonable.

  A.F.S. did an excellent job from start to finish. Katie M. was fantastic to work with through the whole process. Katie listened to what we wanted and gave great suggestions. When Katie came to our home ,she was ready and had plenty samples. When we had questions a few days later she came back out and all was resolved. The installers for both tile and carpet were very polite, clean and knew their job. Katie followed up with usat each install processes. We had three different companies quote out project and we're all with in our budget. Katie made the difference with her listening and giving us what we wanted and didn't try to sell what she had or specials that meant nothing. I give A.F.S. and Katie M. an A++++
