Eagle Crest Apartments

I have had nothing but good experiences since moving here. The management, Kendra and Natalie, and maintenance are all very helpful and all around great people. I am a young woman that lives on my own and have never felt unsafe here. Management has been doing a lot of recent great renovations to make the complex nicer. The maintenance men are awesome and make it a mission to get to you asap and have always left me satisfied. Parking has never been an issue and they routinely spray for bugs which has also never been an issue for me. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Crest

On a single income I searched long and hard for an apartment that “felt right” and could accommodate most of my wants for an apartment on a budget. Not an easy thing to find. I landed on Eagle Crest because it simply has the most to offer in this price range. I sat on a wait list for a few months before they had something available for me because I truly believed this would fit most of the criteria I was searching for. Upon meeting the management they immediately made me feel welcome and accommodated, no judgement or prejudices included. Since I’ve lived here, I haven’t had a single incident with maintenance or management that has left me with a bad taste. My street has been as quiet as you can expect in an apartment complex with parking never being an issue. They routinely exterminate for bugs/pests which has never been something I’ve experienced with previous apartment complexes and helps with peace of mind while living in your home. Overall, my experience with Eagle Crest has been positive, and I would, (and have) recommended to others searching for a place to call home in this area.

I have lived here for three years now, and witnessed the change in management. This is by far the best place for the price in the area. As a young female living alone, I feel totally safe. It is secluded away from the more unsavory neighborhoods, and I have never had an issue outside of the occasional door-to-door salesman. Management has always been kind and helpful to me, even when I didn't deserve it. I would happily rent from them again.

Wonderful complex. Clean apartment when moving in. Very helpful staff, doesn't always answer the phone but does respond back quickly. Maintenance is quick and accurately fixes problems/advises on how to avoid them. Parking lot/complex roads are a mess, really need fixed, knocked off a star. Pool is kept very clean, fitness room is small but tidy.
