It is wonderful to have a company that actually makes it easy to have a product repaired. No layers of phone calls that end up with nothing but frustration. One call with a knowledgable person who not only steered me in the right direction but then followed up to let me know the progress of my repair. An excellent rating for quality product repair and customer service! This should be the standard for all companies!

I used them to repair my Neato. Shipping and the repair was fast! The robot came back fixed, upgraded, and better than when I purchased it. Donna's customer service is above and beyond. Will fo business with again.

I have a NEATO D7 bot vac that Funai serviced, and they did an excellent job servicing it! I was skeptical about sending off my $600 vacuum to some random place, but I was lucky to get in touch with Donna in customer service, and she assured me they would take good care of my vacuum.
It turned out my vac need a few more repairs than expected, but the cost was very reasonable, and Donna remained in contact with me every step of the way. When I received my vac back, it was like brand new. I will definitely use them in the future.
Hopefully, Donna is your customer service representative because they would have never received my business in the first place if it wasn't for her. She was the only one who got back to me right away out of Neto's recommended repair company list.

I used Funai to repair my Neato, and I was very impressed with the service. Not only did they fix the problem with the vacuum, but they also returned the vacuum looking brand new. It was cleaned top to bottom and also had a new set of brushes and a new filter. They made the process very easy - they provided a shipping box and gave status updates along the way. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the 3rd time I have used Funai to service my Neato (I’ve had it a while!) and every time I have been satisfied. Each time I get it back it looks brand new (which is saying a lot, as it gets abused by the dirt and dander from 3 large dogs!). I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services. They communicate effectively and the repairs were quick. They’ve been great!
