  I love this urgent care no long time in the waiting room they always took care of me all my visits. Very clean good customer service and great doctors there I just want to say thank you for everything 1 of best urgent care in Columbus ?

  I didn't feel well and knew I needed medical attention. My regular doctor's office was closed due to the holiday. I had never been to an urgent care before. After filling out the necessary paperwork, I waited less than 10 minutes then was ushered into a patient room. The nurse practitioner came in and thoroughly checked me over. She told me what my issue was and told me all I needed to do to get better, plus wrote a prescription for an antibiotic. All in all my first experience with an urgent care facility was an excellent one!

  Was in and out. That staff were kind and professional and easy to talk to. Sal was great! Dr. was great! Front desk lady was great! All great! Thanks for helping to keep me alive one more day ☺️

  As others have said, the staff here are very friendly and polite. The doctor I saw was very personable and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care about the patients wellbeing. I would recommend someone go here if they needed to go to an urgent care.
