The BEST! We are so grateful to have this pharmacy right around the corner. They are reliable, friendly and completely professional. This is a very busy area, but we wouldn't trust our family scrips to anyone else!
I was very grateful to this pharmacy on Friday, June 10, 2016. My brother who lives about 2.5 miles from this pharmacy needed to have a new prescription filled. Though he had the script, he is unable to drive due to a cast on his right leg as the result of a poorly healing wound. A new wound that developed during this treatment process had worsened and he was prescribed an antibiotic. The doctor's office was "too busy" to call in the script to Giant Eagle which is the only area pharmacy that delivers where he lives. Also, they generally only deliver for a couple of hours mid-day.
They also called the doctor's office to confirm the script with no luck;. They had every right to say there was nothing they could do--but they didn't. A pharmacy team member went to his home and picked up the script and assured him he would have his medication by 6:00 pm. A pharmacy team member delivered his medication well before 6:00 pm.
Perhaps sometimes when there have been delays in obtaining prescriptions, it was because of their sensitivity to someone like my brother who had no other options at the time.
