  Everything is AMAZING! All the staff is wonderful, I feel so secure staying here. The lofts itself is phenomenal. I LOVE BEING HERE!
  The maintenance staff consist of ONE PERSON and let me tell you, you would think he has a team of people working for him somewhere. AL, the maintenance guy is such a great, hardworking person. I can put in a work order at 8AM, by 9AM he is at my door ready to fix the problem.
  Shawn & Tammy, a JOY to have around. Super helpful and you can just tell they’re all around good people.
  I have never felt this way about any spot I’ve stay in, they might have to physically move me out when my lease is over.. I love it too much 🤩

  Beautiful industrial style loft apartments. I especially love the high ceilings with ductwork, hardwood floors, & exposed brick walls with big high windows for lots of sun light.
  
  Rent is affordable & units are very spacious. Water & trash included. Office staff & management are helpful, professional & kind.
  
  Although the surrounding area/neighborhood can appear a bit run down, the building & units inside are elegant & unique. Especially if you like an industrial style living space.

  I recently moved into these apartments in December and I have several things that must be addressed. First of all, the management team is AMAZING! Shawn and Tammy are so friendly and really do go out of their ways to make sure that your needs are met. I can't mention management without also saying something about Al, the WONDERFUL maintenance guy. He stays on top of any issues that arise and is always willing to go the extra mile, whenever he needs to. This is a great team and I plan to stay @ The Lofts for a very long time. I would definitely recommend these apartments. Honestly, I think this is the best thing that Franklinton has going for them at the moment. If you're thinking about moving to the area, you might want to check this place out. The apartments are very beautiful and spacious.

  I love it here!! I have lived Here Over a year and have recently renewed for another. An amazing building and staff. They are very Quick to resolve any issues you may have. The gym is great and the Common room was convenient for my son’s birthday party. I absolutely love the extra storage that is included with the apartment.
