Excellent experience with Sanderson Automotive Service. The brakes went out on my Jeep last week. They got me in quickly for diagnostics and had the repair work done in a very timely manner. Great levels of communication through the whole process. I will definitely use them again.

Spoke to Josh over the phone, he was highly professional gave me an accurate quote on what I needed. Facility is a little hard to find since they have just moved and signage is in progress, however when I arrived Josh was there to guide me in. Thanks again for the service, definitely will be coming back!

My battery started to die on a Sunday. I took it to a few auto supply stores, who had the battery, but couldn’t install it for me because the location required specialized tools and would take too long. I called Sanderson Automotive first thing on Monday morning, and I was able to drop off my car. They did a full diagnostic check on it, confirmed that my battery needed to be replaced and sent me a text with all of the details and their suggestions. I had a brake light that needed replaced and needed new filters in addition to the battery. They suggested I get my tires checked at my next oil change because I would need them soon. I then got a call from the shop where they gave me all of the options and pricing. There was no pressure to get any work done, but they quoted me prices for everything. I let them know which work I wanted done, and they gave me the final price and sent me a text so that I could authorize the work. It was done by that afternoon, and they kept the car overnight for me since I couldn’t get it before the shop closed. They were very professional and friendly, and took of what I needed quickly when I was concerned it could take several days to find a shop with availability.
