Y'all need to get your driver check in system better. There is no reason I should have to check myself in and touch the computer that many many many other people have touched. You don't clean the computer after every driver. I don't know where those people have been, if they are sick, if they even wash their hands... You don't even offer a place for me to wash my hands after touching the nasty computer. I had to disinfect my truck after delivering to you.

I just had a very pleasant conversation with this company. They seem to be accommodating. Companies that actually follow up are ones who care about the people delivering their freight. I understand things are tough and somewhat stressful with the abrupt changes we have all had to make and every place has a different protocol. Thank you for the follow up call!
