Brian is an experienced professional, and Anne made sure I had all the information I needed for an efficient and pleasant experience. Results is where I can give the biggest praise. Kids and pets have been hard on our living room carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in three years since moving in. I didn't think it was possible, but Brian successfully removed the dirt track around the couch! Think your carpet is too far gone, try Heartland first.

(January 21, 2020, 4:09 pm)We had Heartland out last week to clean almost our entire house. Brian was prompt and very professional, I'm not ? but I think he owns the business. I showed him some stains I wasn't sure could be removed. After the walk through I let him do his thing. Some stains were gone, some almost gone but very faint to see. I really wasn't sure what to expect; however I was thoroughly impressed. He really did do a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
