Fantastic staff!! The nurses were so kind and accommodating for my high maintenance self. Devon, Wendy, and Brooke really helped put me at ease. there were a couple of more because these ladies work well as a team, but I don't remember other names.
The Anesthesiologist (sorry, forgot his name) took his time listening to my concerns and explaining the plan and promptly administered an extra nerve block post op.
My surgery was late, but I'm not dinging anyone for that because I know how it goes, so I did not have unrealistic expectations; I had my husband take the whole day off. With that being said, although my surgery started 2 hours late, from door to door we were only there for 6 hours.
In addition, the facility was nice. Being brand new helps, but it was very clean and the pre/post op bays were not crowded. Husband had a sandwich from the cafe and said it was great.
