(July 29, 2019, 8:05 pm)This particular Firestone has been especially great to work with. After a decade-plus of using Discount Tire, a management change and a pair of hilariously bad visits drove me away.
Ever since, I've been bringing all of the cars to these guys and have yet to be disappointed. Their alignment techs have done a perfect job, their sales staff knows their tires, and the manager is just plain friendly and pleasant.
I've been so impressed that I've purchased the lifetime alignment and balance packages on both of my dailies, and have used both more than most between switching wheels and replacing suspension bits. Excellent value. -
