I switched to Tom Marshall's office as my agent about a year ago. The reason is that my old State Farm agent would never answer the phone or return calls until the day they received my request to switch. I called Tom's office each week for 3 weeks. Each and every time Tracy answered the phone so on the third week I told her I would like to switch agents and I did. I have been very pleased with the personal touch they have given me, not to mention the service. Last week I received a Thanksgiving Day card and a Birthday card...Today I received a phone call from AJ wishing me a happy birthday as well. It is nice to get that home town service. If you are not satisfied with your current agent, give them a call...
